    re: mal v.bad news Costs:

    (1) Costs of the environmental studies
    (2) Staff and equipment sitting around doing nothing for 2 months - these people need to be paid.

    Risk:
    (1) EIS comes up short.

    Let's not kid ourselves - this is bad news.

    Share price will be down Monday. Approx. 2-3c decline is entirely justified. Could well go down more.
