SIR - was thinking of token exercise but another scenario could be Creasy distributing up to 30m above 60c and exercising his 60c options for a huge cash injection
the shorter dated options went to clients of RM Capital as free attaching in 2010 with Creasy getting the longer dated via deal with AXM
