    The letter allowing the Rao patent 11/983,482 NOVEL SHRNA MOLECULES AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF was dispatched to Gradalis' attorney two days ago.

    They will now be very confident of the novelty of their IP and it really will be game on but that is a game we will have to fight when we have some money. Until that time, I think we will have to put thoughts of a Gradalis licence on the back burner as I cannot see them co-operating.
