I have already apologised re the $15 mill - difference between you and me is that I admit when I am wrong.

I could go back to your posts re the $100 mill and where you state these are ASX ann's and allude that they have been stated in anns and now you admit it is your "speculation".

Strange how you didn't mention that when you were posting the $90~$100 mill funding whoppers A.

Don't worry about an apology, seems that it is difficult for ESI holders to be able to admit when they get it wrong!

So, please educate me A, what is actually meant by "convertible loan"? When will the $6 mill hit the ESI bank acct? What deal has been struck with Monash and timeframes to convert the loan? Will they be issued with 300 mill shares (valued at 0.02 each) as soon as voted at the EGM irrespective of the SP at the time? Within 5 days of the EGM? Within 2 weeks after sighting documentary evidence? Within 3 months of the EGM?

If the $6 mill is a done deal at 0.02 and Monash are issued 300 mill (or whatever the amount is) and need to convert immediately as they will have given the funds to ESI already, then as sure as day follows night, I'm in at 0.015 because this little beauty is going to minimum 0.02 - nice 25% trade.

Wouldn't ASX/ASIC have something to say about that though? Oh well, maybe not.

Sure A, ESI could be a good trade ST, but until this "convertible loan" issue and the accompanying funding sorted re Coldry and the details outlining the same, then LT it is still on shaky ground for mine.

But sure, astute investors would pile in at these levels as 0.02 could be a goer. News of the $6 mill being done will see this SP to 0.02 in a flash and maybe beyond...still doesn't help those that bought in at 0.03 and above...if they are still around.

Are there any left here that bought this above $1???
