    in all fairness....I am simply reliant on this type of information...are you saying it is wrong...
    it seems to be constant, when discussing cholesterol

    How to prevent it

    High levels of bad cholesterol and the heart disease are entirely preventable. These simple things can lower your 'bad' LDL cholesterol levels:
    •Exercise regularly
    •Have a healthy body weight
    •Avoid trans fats
    •Limit foods rich in animal fat, like red meat and whole milk, ice cream, and other full-fat dairy foods
