If they started laying off workers and stopped phase 2 I would get out straight away because it would mean management had no confidence left.
They are just riding out the delays like us long termers knowing that it will eventually happen.
Stay strong mate. Look at the photos of the plant and all the employees that they have and think that this will not continue,
