the share price will get hammered to some level that will wipe out most folks current investment.
(doesn't look like it is there yet)
jpm (or whoever they are) will get a battle-star galactica placement of shares at the real 'great buying opportunity' (a phrase used by many here, while the share price was significantly higher, in one form or another)'floor' price.
this will dilute retail investor's value to buggery
they will somehow cover their shorts (double whammy)
retail shareholders will, for all intense purposes, be excluded from the placement
good news will start to be released
then the toll may, or may not, be issued
the new major placement holders will act accordingly, according to what they know and no one else does.
they could even drive the company into admin and buy the lot for pennies in the dollar (a similar trick to the one nathan rothschild pulled)
it will become significantly clearer as to what has being happening over the past 6 months and no one will be able to do anything about it.
you could be forgiven for thinking that the bankers who have a significant interest in lyc may have a major influence on the so-called delaysian decision to issue the tol (after all, aren't govt's and their decisions ruled by money? 2+2=whatever you say sir)
why have the 'shorters' being so confident over the past 6 months, when some otherwise excellent analysis by some here has meant diddly squat in context?
in the meantime few will be buying into this manufactured disaster
lynas is losing, what was it? $10M each week? and the share price is being adjusted accordingly
some signs of a reversal may be:
management buying several million shares on-market
a significant decrease in the short open interest
three white candles covering no less than 30% rise
a P/V breakout through the downtrend line
mondays forecast:
open at 77.5c +- 5c
high of 80c +- 5c
low 75c +-5c
close below 85c
forecast low for the next two weeks:
69c +- 6c
i think that many will take last night's rise on the dow as an opportunity to sell on monday, and buy something in an uptrend, and not touch it again until the lamp tolls.
