    According to the June quarterly SIR only had $1.686 million at the end of the June quarter so imo its odds on that a trading halt for a capital raising is coming very soon.

    By the way, how many years from production are we?

    How much will this cost to bring into production?

    $100 million? $200 Million? More?

    In this era's tough financial climate, where's the money coming from?
