By indirectly you mean via the Monash/IMFAMA vehicle? hence guess why the delays.. not easy getting money out of the Gov't at the moment.. one needs patience, persistance and resilience when it comes to dealing with gov't. at the moment. Gov't must be looking at projects that will give them big Bang(s) for their bucks and prior to the election... can't be promises, has to be something that will deliver NOW (or at least before next election next year) enter Coldry! DFT2/3 by Oct? then start building and in operation by ??
Remember Monash/IMFAMA is committed - $500K deposit! and then rest once negotiations with gov't for funding completed.
