Sorry poor example but I do get annoyed at those who publish data out of context or without explanation.
Any drop may be disastrous or could be a minor blip especially when quite often the experts do not have any conception of what the data means in practical terms
My reservation with China is always that it is a closed society and quite capable of "cutting it's nose off to spite it's face" after all who cares about the people, collateral damage
