In my view, if the funding (~$2 billion) that Monash is arranging from Europe comes through in the next 2 weeks, then they'll wait for that. If it looks like it might take longer, I expect that they'll raise the other $5.25 million for ECT from other branches of their business as mentioned in one of Adam's emails.
