    i think that's somewhat niaive zachary. this has been a carefully orchestrated strategy. there will be a cap raising and the strategy is clearly to get a good average price by trickling results over a period of time.

    all very transparent ... not saying it isn't a good long term buy though. just be careful you don't pay a premium for it.
