Always keep in mind that top 20 hold over 77% of NMG. The bad boy BOA hold 11.53%. Do you really think that they will let NMG going bankrupt because they can't give NMG another 20m? Of course not. It is clear that management isn't looking at another cap rising. whatever corperate transactions they plan to do, share price will only get better.
