Petey go read it for yourself, there is no rumour involved. Very recently, the ASX asked the co how they were going to keep trading with less than a quarter's worth of expenditure held in cash and they said don't worry we have some amazing results to release and then we'll raise - or something along those lines. It was when I read that particular reply to the ASX that I knew they were onto something good.
It is not uncommon for companies to get price into orbit and then take advantage of it to raise at good prices.
