    Fair point Happy - I see the release. That said, you never did answer my question, what would you do if you owned 26% of SIR? Would you be rooting for the placement or would you exercise?

    Its important to ask yourself, given that when the company made that release, they were trading at 5.5cps. Not 56.5cps.
