Hey guys, can we kill this infantile CDU vs PLV competition? It serves no purpose. I have held shares in both for several years now. Both have strengths and weaknesses. Both have been hit by "out of left field, black swans". I have known Aka for several years and can confirm that he is equally critical of CDU management, at times. As far as criticising PLV management for their current predicament, what would we be saying if their timeline had started two years earlier, if their need for finance and the PFS were published at a time when GFC could have been the name of a fried chicken or a football club, when a $700m capex would have been lower and would not have frightened the investors that were so keen after the London conference and the credit suisse broker report, a time when the focus would have been on the $3.80 net present value estimated in the PFS, not just the cost side of the equation. What then? The plant would probably have been built, PLV would probably be mining, the SP would probably be higher than %3.80 as the estimated reserves and minelife have doubled since the PFS. Tony would have probably now have media comparisons being drawn between him and twiggy!

ps apologies for repeating stuff from my last post
