My broker has indicated that the buyer at 1.4 is probably the same as the one the other day.
4.5 million then and showing his hand with another 2 million so far today.
$91,000 is hardly loose change and I'm sure an investor of that size with moderate intelect would have contacted the company first, to see whether or not there was any chance of getting their hands on some of that shortfall stock at 1.2.
By his actions, the answer was obviously no and given his urgency to get in, it makes me wonder A. Who it is?, B. How big is his appetite?, C. Does he have friends? and D. What does he know?.
One more sleep.
