I'm sure SM will give you guys a nice little pat and thank you for being so understanding, and blaming BSI. This is no playground, learning by such mistakes. This team of management should know how it works, they pay advisers to how it works and the marketing partner knows how it works.
There is no free pass on this, is a stuff up of epic proportion and I want the truth as to why this wasn't submitted in January or Feb.
If you don't bring people to account then expect more of the same. SM's options are performance based I believe, well I think this should be looked at.
You have to rattle the box, its too cosy in there. Too much govenment dept ether floating around this company airspace. This company has a product with great potential but you have to move it. Fire it up.
