Everything bar the kitchen sink has been thrown into the mix by some posters as to possible outcomes.imo Its easy to get sucked in.

But when I left the AGM last year I was convinced AGS were going all the way with the Legal action to get the 75% back. I gained my opinion from conversations with Management.

AGS's Management believed that was the only course at that time and with that mentioned that with all Court Matters a win is no certainy.

Nothing has happened to change my mind that anything other than the Court will decide this issue.imo This Itochu deal points to that also imo

Anyone going to the EGM can ask questions re If there are any negotiations happening with the BBros or are AGS still prepared to go the distance with the Court matter or has something changed to bring about another outcome/result.imo

I believe that with the Itochu deal being decided upon, Management could give some insight into the M&D C Matter within their Legal boundary.imo



Ps Sisyphus, the BBros wont negotiate unless its to their advantage.imo
