So what you are saying is:
With construction for phase 1 essentially complete, the quarterly operating costs of $18.181m against the remaining unrestricted cash of $124.3m means enough at this cash burn rate for roughly 7 ($124.3m/$18.181m) quarters.
i.e. no necessity for Cap raising needed before early 2014.
Is that your interpretation?
