Another thought is that FIRB had discussions with BHP-RIO of
how the sale of Sundance would effect their sales and both gave the thumbs up for the approval as both or one would come back with a unconditional TO.
I suspect that both companies would have made some sort of representation to FIRB if the sale would have an adverse
outcome for their income stream .
