No wonder retail is stuffed
high rents, due to all that debt loaded onto it
amongst other things
so they lay off people
high residential property
more money gotta be payed in interest for the banks
not enough money to go out and spend
HIGH PROPERTY PRICES ARE STUFFING THIS COUNTRY
retail, jobs suffering alldue to high property
