    but your explanation does not answer why PEM increased their debts. Where can I find a clear answer for the increase in debts?
    I also don´t like the statement that cash would not be a problem and if so they just have to sell...

    Nevertheless I´m convinved that the current sp is too low in particular if the worst case scenarios for the global economics turn out to be too pessimistic
