Hey guys it's not really drugs, apparently they use stem cells from their spine which is injected into specific areas of the body to enhance their attributes and muscular disposition.
Her hands were apparently genetically modified at a young age, creating larger more web like hands with feet bones broken and stretched to extend the size of her kicking power, not to mention the gills behind her ears like Kevin Kostner in Waterworld.
Apparently no drugs were used during this process but who really knows......
