    Quite a post. I'll admit it is an uncomfortable long position even buying at near the lowest ever price.

    To carry out that strategy does require knowing that there will be a cap raise before everybody else does. If facts are correct, it appears the transaction was carried out at 26 cents. Quite a margin of safety now. Wonder what action the counterparty to the transaction could take?
