Geoff knew at the time of the ebio deal that affymetrix had made an offer for ebio, its my understanding after talking with him that ADO covered all bases in case it eventuated which it did and obviously applied centain clauses in the contract with ebio regarding the use of mix n go in affymetrix products.
From what i recall Affymetrix is covered in that contract with ebio and they are on the same deal/royalties etc as ebio.
Its like we signed another deal without having to go through all the contract negotiations again.
