    It appears Transnet rail study on time to be completed 'towards the end of the year'- don't know if thats good or bad lol. We get a firm allocation only if they don't complete by year end. Either way I reckon we're sweet as they require our coal to supply the Mpumalanga PS's. This IO Co not even up to BFS. GL LT's
