Shadders, Im not and expert but I believe that is true.. . one vertical can have multiple horizontals ...

I understand that the vertical intersections of shale are are in excess of a 1000m for this well ... that is a fair amount of surface area ...Reckon it may be commercial without the horizontal.. but only guessing... Most horizontal wells are sub 500m on length I think...
