What a joke the board of SDL is, talk about shafting shareholders.

Last July 50c wasn't good enough said that it undervalued SDL's assets and the conditions were unacceptable.

Now - 12 months later with a bigger resource they say 50c is good value.

Shareholders have been lead down the garden path by management waiting for 57c for 12 months while SDl's high grade iron ore resource has grown significantly.

I even sold stock at 52c 12 months ago after the initial bid!

THIS IS TOTAL BULL.
