baukaw, even though hanlong cannot reduce their bid in the current offer conditions, is it possible that NDRC have in fact given conditional approval providing that the takeover bid be 50c.... Hanlong then withdraw their takeover offer and then provide another takeover offer?
If this 50c stuff is true, how else can they do it?
