    Surely, ASIC would be interested in how Chinese state secret (from the NDRC) could be reported by some news outlet a day before the SDL board fronts up to shareholders with their own release.

    If the leak (assuming this is true) was deliberately leaked by the Chinese, it is sufficient ground for the FIRB approval to be revoked.
