Regarding sacking Terry and/or the board, my personal view is that it is unnecessary and, if initiated, could be counter productive. You have already highlighted the main points. The simple fact is there is no way of knowing if alternative people would be any better. Anyway, the US is in the middle of an oil boom and the best people are highly sought after and expensive. And that's if there even available. Who is going to decided who is suitable and who isn't. How much will it cost to pay out the current group. Just a dumb idea IMO.
