Morgan - while I usually like too see an alternative point of view - I'm going to have to disagree with you here.

I'm not going to use discussion, or emotion, or TA or tea leaves - lets talk volume and pure numbers.

SINCE the 5 cent placement went out to the Sophisticated's (the brokers as you call them)the SP rallied to about 7-7.5 cents BEFORE they were allocated their stock.

Their stock BTW was 38.5 million shares.

NOW - at that point they're already up near 40-50%. Any broker worth their salt would have exited at that point as they've already made a rather large and SAFE profit for their client. Brokers stay in business making SAFE money for their clients - few and far between would you have one telling their client "Yeah mate - I held on so we could double it - sure - sure there was a massive risk - but hey - it's your money so why do I give a f....".

So now we have at this time a LOT of volume traded - in the 3 days of SPP shares hitting the ground we'd traded nearly 90 million shares.

So at this point we've already more than doubled the SPP shares in volume.

Then the frac occurs - and within the last 3 days we've seen volume spikes - in ONE day over 100 million shares changed hands.

So right there we have 37.5 million in the SPP vs 190 million + traded since they came to market.

Now to suggest today's SP decline was "big boys dumping" is pretty much as inaccurate as it gets. The big boys were more than likely gone by now.

    What encourages me is this:

    - Over 190 million shares have traded at over 8.5/9 cents. That means we now have an influx of new holders - who - for them, the least they'll take for their shares is what they paid for them, or possibly 10% less. So a new floor of support has been built with the exit of the old holders and the entrance of the new.

    - The "human" factor I often bet against here is gone. There's no more delays or legal injunctions etc. It's HAPPENING now as I type this. Doesn't matter if it's a duster or its the worlds biggest hit - right now that SP is going to build in anticipation of RESULTS. The anticipation will maintain a level of support.

    - We had a near vertical climb in 2 days. This is unsustainable in anything in this world. A population explodes beyond its sustainable supports - it MUST pull back. Finance is just like any other analytical population model - you can't climb vertically forever - there MUST be a pullback.

What encourages me also is this - the SP had an initial early pull back in the morning - however by midday we were back at 9.5 - and 20 million shares had traded hands.

Then as the SP closed towards 9 - only 5 million had traded. The SP declined on quite low volumes.

The day traders are aware of the stock - check their forums - this will also trigger sell off spikes.

For me - the elements of risk that I'm not willing to accept aren't present - so for that reason I'm not doing my typical buy and sell - as I've said - the frac is in progress - it's happening and there's no chance of delay now - so I'd rather be in that out, especially given the SP is so near that 10 cent barrier.

    Why is 10 cents important?

Well - because the next step up the ladder is 10.5...and the next 11 cents - we go from fractions of a cent to full half cent increments.
