koz, I know you're a former LCY and holder of an anti NMDC sentiment but,
seriously - you can't seriously expect $50million for 40% of a companies asset when the company itself is only valued at $10million. Especially when HAW's valuation at $10million is over inflated and down solely to the sheer number of shares they have on offer.
As far as I can tell, to progress Bevan any further (even to the mythical DSO HAW saving income providing shipments) with HAW's current capital commitments to the project - and their gold fields - it would lead them to be trading insolvent - which I think is illegal?
