As a young person I was taught revolutionary theory and class structure. Class hatred is at the heart of socialist dogma which evolved from Marxism. It is important to identify the enemy or class traitor.

Socialist dogma including class hatred took quite a setback in the 1980s. It became impossible to ignore that people had to be kept in workers paradises with machine guns and barbed wire.

Australia never really had the class structure which Marx saw in England. We have no bluebloods, no hereditary peers, etc. So here the socialists replaced class war with the tall poppy syndrome.

Success (except sport) is to be despised. Mr Forest and Palmer are self made billionaires, Mrs Rhinehart had some help from her dad but is mainly self made. These are the class enemies Mr Swan has identified.

Mr Swan take scredit for the mining boom, Mr Forest took the risk and developed it. Mr Swan is on the podium because of a factional deal with the AWU and its officials. Which has done more for Australia?

Class Hatred should be left in the history of last century.
