What capital commitments ? I haven't been made aware of any commitments.
What I have been made aware of is 50% of the say in the development.
Would you like to argue about it in court for several years? Our directors are lawyers - so cheap legal fees ^_^
It's funny LCY holders still think they are in control of everything and HAW is a helpless child with no teeth.
Buy us out on market then, comeon .. see how many people hurry to sell to you at current rates ... the pathetic volume over the past few months that has traded the stock down to its lows should give you an indication.
