Anyone thinking that HAW will get much more then 1c per share for the remaining 40% of MB is leaving in a dreamworld.
Thats for the rest of MB, ZERO free carry and a squeaky clean deal with no future benefits to HAW.
If such deal was put on the table HAW sholders should grab it with both hands and run.
