Classic post rusty!
"alot of people are reading that there is something wrong....I dont!"
you'd be the first bloke I'd pick to stand alongside in the trenches rusty - never beaten!
(but what do you really think?)
I seriously don't believe Al thought (when he used some of his hard earned salary to buy at 85c) that they would be around half that a year or so later. Some of the stuff that was presented to shareholders in those days was total rubbish, but hope relishes spin.
Not saying there won't be a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow (really getting to the pointy end now) but the journey was never meant to be this rough.
Couple of key points for me -
writer maintains his faith and he is a friend of Al's.
I truly believe Loogs will give an objective assessment and I am placing a big emphasis on that.
Snork's previous visit resulted in superlatives which resulted in plenty of hype on HC (truckloads walking out the door etc) but with the benefit of hindsight I think Snork might have only seen what he was meant to see. I suspect Loogs might be able to work his way through that.
Sales are the only way now. Spin, hype, excitement from major pharmas, underutilised facilities, capital raisings, presentations, changing design emphasis, R&D, rusty's positive comments, ripping the staffing guts out of B&D, lots of slippage are just some of the things that can no longer save this company. They need sales.
