NC has already indicated that TOL will be issued in August i.e. this month as he said first feed to kiln will be in August, no need to worry about political election timing crap cos its out of the equation, NC mentioned in cc that the election timing won't affect the TOL, (he's already talked to najib),
time to relax and let the price rise like a mofo when we get our TOL!
