    50 cents is the floor for negotiations.

    GJ must have flagged a higher price than 57 cents reflecting the resource upgrade. The predatory chinese (now with FIRB approval in hand and acting like a bully) goes for the other end of the scale.

    The NDRC (using the un-named Han Long guy) who is NOT authourised to speak to set 50 cents as the floor for the negotiations.

    BTW did the Reuters chick phone Han Long and asked for someone who wasn't authorised to speak or was it the dude who wasn't authorised to speak phoned Reuters..LOL !
