    With the the share price where the manipulators want it , and the possibillity that resolution 5 will be ratified , that would mean a cap raise at approx 7 cents .

    The question is when will they run it up ?

    A. Will it be before the meeting ?

    B. After the meeting from approx 7 cents ?

    C. Or never and screw us all ?

    I'm thinking option B,

    Anyone ?
