    1. Total number I beleive is in the 110-130 (that is with the 50 just let go).

    2. The R&D costs represents approx 55-60% of all expenses I believe, which is on the high side for a company. This over time should come back to about 40-45% - that is 2-3-4 years time. As you buy more materials for products that will reduce R&D %. So for now say 55-60% R&D and 40-45% admin etc.

    UNS has done the basic development to get the product to trail stage - at UNS's expense. Now if XZC compnay wants to have a certain drug in a device and applied at a certain rate then it will be required to put up some $$$ to futher develop that device.

    3. He says they do a costing on everything for each new qtr as they come around. That would be pretty normal practice in most companies. They would look for areas where to let staff go, reduce inventories for making stock, better deals on supply materials etc.
