I'm simply presenting an alternative view.

It's easy to ramp up the benefits and disregard the pitfalls.
And YES, there are pitfalls in every company and it takes someone to point them out.
If you all believe that what I say is complete and utter rubbish, please present your argument so we can have a nice debate.

The problem is that you just want to shut me up because you know that there are merits to what I'm saying.

You don't need to see the agreement to read between the lines.
There's been many clues given by both Co's in their announcements. Unfortunately, some prefer to ignore them.

Morally and ethically I feel good because I present the info based on my understanding of things.
