Nowhere man to be objectectionable things will be moving on long quite nicely once the kaz gov approves drilling permits. Until then words mean little.
Duly note that s/h were lead to believe that drilling would start in may. It wasn't until options had to be extended in June that s/h found out we were still waiting on drill permits from a notoriously hard government , historically against foreign companies. ?
