You cannot predict markets, if you do, then you are lying... It's very very difficult to predict the absolute bottom, the best way is to accumulate on dips within your means and hold the long term... I have no doubt that silver will be over $50 very soon, just have to take a position and sit on it and every time it goes down short term, buy some more...
