    According to the announcement regarding the HOA with shanxi coal they are expecting the execution of the agreement to be formalised within 6 months.I'm willing to give them till xmas.CNX is not the only spec stock getting slammed at the moment.Just the only one with regular posts from certain characters,Who only post to the negative on this one stock on this website.
