JRL will be the main shareholder with 10 million shares
12 million shares will be issued to the public with 8 million being allocated as priority to JRL shareholders...and the other 4 as well if the minimum shareholder spread (400 shareholders) is met.
1.2 million options will be issued to the previous owners of the uranium tenements that Energy MEtals acquired.
I personally will be applying for as many as I Can (subject to my funds).
