Yeah what a trooper. $3.5mill spent for the quarter on what? $1.7mill in admin fees? Same going to happen this quarter. Running out of cash very quickly and what to show for it? Nothing. I have no idea why the CEO is buying shares now. What's he trying to prove? Maybe he and others that make up the $1.7mill should reduce their pay packets? That would get some accolades.
Just went through 6 pages of announcements dominated by takeover bids and counter bids. It's all a sick joke.
If MAK survives this opportunistic takeove bid, there's a placement within the next 6 months. With the marketcap now just over $30mill and rapidly declining, what dilution will we see to keep this $3mill quarterly habit ticking over?
Frankly I don't think anyone really cares anymore. It's too far gone to benefit anyone who currently holds shares.
