That's funny, Club_sharer, I have a 15year old son as well whom said pretty much the same thing to me.
Ironically, during his recent school holidays he was working in a warehouse that distribute some of the top fashion labels. One of his jobs was to put the price ticket on the clothes prior to dispatch. Such as $260 for a pair of jeans, $90 for a T-shirt. As an Employee he was entitled to a 50% discount from the ticketed price. To which he did not take up their offer. I asked him "why not".
His reply was "Big brand labels suck big time".
When I was a teenager, back when Jesus was a lad, Billabong were just starting out, you would only find their gear in discount stores. Golden Breed was the surf label of that era to wear.
