all the speculation around 50cents or any other figure is just that speculation. if management are involved in this kite flying, (which i would not discount),un-officiaal sauce ?, then i think its about time holders toast them.
i am already peeved that i had to find out all this on the the grape vine as it is !!

management still have not mentioned any figure just told us they are negotiating !

in my opinion, management should put everything on hold, until we can believe anything NDRC or china inc tell us.

due to renegotiation management need to engage as a matter of urgency an indepent expert to asertain what is fair & reasonable, this should be done with the consent of the other party, to abide by the referee's descision, that i believe would make me & a lot of others happier with this long drawn out process.
our other consideration is to impose a condition of our own that when the referee gives there professional opinion as to the value fair/reasonable, these bodies NDRC immeadiately make there bid un-conditional.

i dont know about anyone else but i am not a happy camper about any negotiations or insider trading trading that has already taken place.
